“We had a company meeting followed by off-road activities for about 45 people. It was a huge success. We rented a bus from NYC to take us there and NORA helped organize and coordinate it all. The staff were extremely accommodating and every detail was thought about. The new building was perfect for a company event. Everything was top notch. The staff are very knowledgeable and our group learned a lot while having loads of fun. This is a great spot for corporate events as well as family parties. If you are looking to try something different or “off the beaten path”, I would highly recommend NORA!”

NORA provides group events – supervised by our instructors and staff at our private 75-acre facility located opposite the beautiful Shawangunk Ridge.  For groups sizes up to 50 participants.

Guests often comment the drive to our facility on the winding mountain roads sets the tone for excitement upon their arrival.

Business (Management, Team & Client Outings) – NORA’s private facility is a great venue to run your company off-site. Our team works seamlessly with event planners to design your day which may (or may not) include a business meeting in NORA’s beautiful lodge training room. We offer multiple on-site activities and our catering partners offer great meals from simple grab & go wraps to buffet trays of delicious hot food.

Travel Partners (Hotels & Booking Agencies) – NORA welcomes hospitality partners! We work with travel agencies, concierge services and local lodging partners to offer unique experiences for your guests. Our location is only 90 miles from NYC, and we work with domestic and international travel partners who create packages for specialty group outings, many combining a day in the mountains with a trip to Manhattan. Contact us to discuss your next group outing and arrange a tour of our facility and experiences.

Group Celebrations (Birthday & Bachelor Parties) – Get a low-speed adrenaline rush in the morning or early afternoon, then enjoy the many activities the mountains have to offer.

Media (Journalists & Influencers) – NORA has delivered activations for many events over the years at our private Ellenville facility and other venues. Typical events start with a basic off road driving skills lesson on a natural terrain obstacle course, followed by a review of vehicle’s off-road features and a guided trail ride. Our staff take care to demonstrate vehicle features while on the trail. We are flexible, contact us for more information and to review your requirements.

Automotive Related (OEM, Dealerships, Outfitters) – NORA’s Ellenville venue was selected for the live unveiling of the new Ford Bronco in July 2020, where we worked closely with teams at ABC’s Good Morning America and Ford to deliver a flawless live segment broadcast via satellite.  We have also hosted single and multi-day events for many vehicle manufacturers and shows including Motor Trends Ultimate Adventure. We work with vehicle outfitters to provide customer appreciation events where they can try out their recent upgrades and offer customer loyalty outings.

Club Outings – Schedule your club member meeting at NORA Ellenville and hit the trails afterward with a guided Coach & Drive tour.
