NORA has provided off-road driving, vehicle recovery and safety training to emergency services since 2017 when we trained a cadre of HHS emergency coordinators who were soon after deployed to Puerto Rico in response to Hurricane Maria.  A few months later, we received feedback that our training helped their teams navigate hurricane strewn debris fields to deliver needed supplies to hospitals and villages. Over the years our training has expanded to many organizations that operate in low-traction environments including fire departments, utility companies, search & rescue teams, farm workers, windmill maintenance contractors and more. Off-Road Training for Emergency Services

NORA has delivered training to fire departments, federal & local governments, utility companies and private organizations.  Training programs are designed for groups up to 30 students. Includes a live classroom presentation (with optional exam), field training on 4WD topics & safety for full size vehicles, UTV’s and ATV’s. Modules are available for trailer tow connection and loading and safe vehicle recovery. Choose one of our existing programs, or one customized based on your requirements. Certificates of completion are provided to students who successfully complete the training. Available at our Ellenville training center or your location.
