This trip is guided by NORA staff and our friends at Exploring New Hampshire.  We have reserved a 3-bedroom Airbnb in NH as our basecamp with plenty of space for camping, contact us if you want to reserve an indoor room. This trip includes harder terrain and is open to stock or modified vehicles with 4-LOW and front/rear recovery points. The trip includes night drives to cemeteries and places of interest dating back to the revolutionary war, where you will learn about war heroes and local folklore.

New to off-road driving? Consider a NORA public or private training class before your trip.

Itinerary: Can’t attend all days? Contact us to customize your arrival/departure dates for this trip
  Friday: Meet at a location off the NYS Thruway in the morning. Enjoy paved back roads, points of interest, and trails. We arrive at our New Hampshire base camp late afternoon.
  Saturday: Trails during the day mixed in with points of interest related to the Revolutionary War and folklore including abandoned buildings and cemetaries with historical significance.
  Sunday: Trails in the morning. The trip ends in the early afternoon at a major roadway to make your way back home.

Who:
This family friendly class/tour is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to experience group Overland travel. Great for adventure seeking individuals, couples and families. This class/tour offers the opportunity to learn about and experience gear used for Overlanding.

Lodging:
Campsite fees are included, indoor rooms available for an additional fee based on availability. Participants may make their own arrangements for local lodging (not included).

Meals:
Each night our guides will prepare an appetizer or campfire snack, showcasing different cooking setups along with a variety of food prep and cooking methods.

Requirements:
Bring your stock (unmodified) or modified 4 wheel drive vehicle with 4-low and front/rear recovery points. Vehicle must be street legal, registered & insured and have a full size spare tire in good condition, contact us if you are not sure if your vehicle can participate. Drivers must have a valid drivers license.

Note: This trip requires a minimum number of registered attendees to run and we will confirm by September 4th. If we cancel the trip, you will receive the amount paid back to your credit card less $350 which you will receive as a NORA credit good for 1 year towards any NORA activity.
